My name is Ben I currently am a Personal Trainer in the St. Louis area and am planning to move to Lexington in the next few weeks.

I am trying to get clients lined up before I move there.

I got involved in this career because I used to be over 400 pounds and was miserable.

I decided to change my life and I lost 200 pounds.

I want to use my life experience to help others to reach their goals regardless of what they might be.

If I can do it then so can anyone I will be there every step of the way to motivate and help you along the way.

If you are looking to tone up, loose weight, improve your core strength, vastly boost your speed and agility, or even put on some lean mean muscle your goals will become my goals as well.

I have worked with a variety of clients from those with special needs (Diabetes to chronic lung disease) to the average person just looking to tone up. I am nationally accredited through National Academy of Sports Medicine so I have all the knowledge and tools needed.

I offer in home training to those who are scarred to go to the gym or just want the convenience of having someone cater to their needs. I do not have a set routine that I do for everyone I do an evaluation along with what you want to achieve and I build a fun workout that will keep you challenged and coming back for more.

I am my own traveling gym with all my own equipment I guarantee a great workout to what ever level you are at.

My prices are fair and competitive I will try my hardest to work something out with you so we can get you working hard as soon as possible.
